Do I need a diagnosis to join?

No. If you’re navigating ongoing health challenges that affect your energy, capacity, or consistency, you’re welcome here.

Is this a business group or a support group?

It’s both, in the best way. We focus on practical, realistic business support and the lived reality of building a business with fluctuating energy. No hustle culture, no judgement.

What happens inside?

You’ll find prompts, tips, encouragement, and community chat. You can ask questions, share wins, and get support on the hard days too.

How often do I need to show up?

There’s no pressure for you to show up. Like most things, the more you put in, the more you will get out, but its important that you do this, at your own pace. As a community we will be there when you are ready.

Is it free?

Yes, it’s free to join.

Can I promote my services?

Not without permission. This is a community-first space, not a promo feed. (You can include a short intro about what you do when you join.) When you join you'll be able to read and agree to the community guidelines.
